Japanese ‘Palette’ Desk Wins Worldwide Furnishings Design Award

Japanese designer Misaki Kiyuna’s pallet desk has gained the worldwide A’Design Award competitors.

COMO, Italy – The Pallet Desk by Japanese designer Misaka Kiyuna has gained an A’ Design Award, a global award honoring excellence in furnishings design.

The desk gained for its distinctive design which is impressed by Japanese ground sitting tradition and the normal chabodai desk.

Keona reimagined this idea to create a low desk that has a pallet-like form with a gap within the high. They are saying the design permits for versatile use, as objects may be simply positioned and retrieved by means of the opening, whereas the underside high plate rotates for added performance. The desk’s adaptable design makes it appropriate for a wide range of settings, from Japanese-style rooms to libraries, youngsters’s areas and resort lodges.
